I Love Exercise. From ball sports such as tennis, soccer and spikeball to weight training, hiking and winter sports, I try out everything that comes my way. A life without exercise would not be an option for me. This is precisely why it is so important to me that injuries or pain that restrict sport or everyday life are eliminated as sustainably as possible.

My therapy is based on this principle. I am not concerned with pure muscle strength, but with your overall resilience. Almost all of our structures are able to adapt to stress. This means that through exercise and the right training we not only strengthen our muscles, but also our ligaments, tendons and even our intervertebral discs. Strengthened structures keep us free from injuries and pain in everyday life and during sport. This means that I work with you both on your current symptoms and preventively.
