anamnesis & examination

Every body is unique. I will examine you thoroughly in our first session and again throughout the course of therapy. This is how we find the roots of your problem.

therapy

Based on the examination, we will work together to create a treatment plan for you that is tailored to your needs and possibilities. You will be given exercises to do at home, in the gym or for your sport, which we will support with hands-on techniques.

testing

As I leave nothing to chance, we measure your progress with assessments that meet the latest scientific standards. Based on this, we extend the therapy, change our strategy or continue to follow the plan so that you are soon back in your everyday life or sport.
